Booking Portal: By booking, you agree to provide at least 48 hours’ notice via call or text to reschedule or cancel. Late changes or no-shows will incur a $150 fee or 50% of the service cost, whichever is greater. Exceptions may be granted at Arbora’s discretion.

In-House Use: Life happens — we just ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Changes made later may incur a $150 fee or 50% of your service cost. This helps us keep your spot open for another glow-seeker.
